Appetizer: Fresh local snow crab mixed with a blend of spices, three cheeses and secret ingredients all come together in a pair of fresh phyllo pastry cups. Served with a handmade lemon herb aioli.

Main: Tender locally caught grilled haddock with a light crust, anointed with nutty, lemony brown butter and perfumed with herbs. One the side; locally sourced potato, onion, squash and red bell peppers all oven roasted to perfection Dessert: Traditional cinnamon cake baked fresh with mouth watering icing drizzled on top.

Meal is served in a scenic fishing village on the northern tip of the highlands, just 10 minutes from the evening concert Way Up Down North in nearby Aspy Bay.
