Dine at Grand Etang Harbour, learn about the old Acadian tradition of La Mi-careme by dining at the interpretive centre. Enjoy local tastes of the land with a "soupe verte" (vegetable soup) to start, followed by a main course of fish cakes and a salad fresh from the gardens of Margaree. Finish your meal with a slice of blueberry pie filled with fresh berries from the highlands. You will not want to miss Les Micaremes or the unforgettable sunset to top off your Celtic Colours day.
This meal is served 10 minutes south of Chéticamp, following the concert, Dancing Up a Suête matinee concert.
