Banjos, accordions, fiddles and songs rock this Acadian community as Cajun meets Cape Breton and Canadian folk. Inverness County native fiddler Gillian Boucher will be on hand with some tunes to welcome her old friend, singer-songwriter Nathan Rogers and his pals in Dry Bones. The Winnipeg-based band is making a name for themselves with contemporary folk songs and general joie de vivre. Dirk Powell, Riley Baugus and David Greely complete the lineup--their Cajun sound acting as a musical nod to the Acadian community they are playing in.
