This year’s festival started with a look back during our opening concert, honouring some of the artists who have shaped our music and influenced our culture. Now as the 20th Celtic Colours comes to a close, we take a look to the future and imagine where the next 20 years will take us. We have some incredible culture bearers in the making, younger generations who are establishing connections all over the world and taking the traditions to new heights in the process. This show will be about those musicians, about the collaborations and close ties they have formed, and the rich traditions they represent. Tonight we see the torch carried high by a new generation and watch the magic unfold before our eyes as we toast the next 20 years!
