This three course local meal is served up in a scenic fishing village.
Appetizer: Cape North Baked Mussels. Our own local Top of the Island Cape North Baked mussels will delight your taste buds, in this mussel recipe tender mussels are mixed with herbs and parmesan cheese and baked until golden
Main: Creamy seafood lasagna with local roasted vegetables A luscious white sauce partners with local snow crab and lobster in a comforting lasagna. On the side; locally sourced potato, onion, squash and red bell peppers all oven roasted to perfection If you’re in the mood for a creative and delicious local seafood feast this is it.
Dessert: Apple Crisp Stuffed Apples are everything and more you love about apple crisp but baked inside an apple. This fall dessert with locally sourced ingredients is something you will love!
Meal is served in a scenic fishing village on the northern tip of the highlands, just 10 minutes from the evening concert Way Up Down North in nearby Aspy Bay.
