An appetizer of seafood chowder with a buttery biscuit, main course of croquette cod bites served with a zesty dipping sauce, potato salad with a fresh local spin, and a rustic local carrot, beet and cabbage slaw, and dessert of blueberry cake with hot vanilla sauce. Meal is served in a scenic fishing village on the northern tip of the highlands, just 10 minutes from the evening concert Way Up Down North in nearby Aspy Bay.
